s2s is a Managed Service Provider specializing in Internet connectivity, WiFi and Network Services.
Broadband in the United States is delivered by a patchwork of ISPs. Through an extensive network of wholesale relationships, s2s offers its corporate customers one of the largest aggregated Broadband and telecom footprints in North America. Transport types include xDSL, Cable, Fiber, T1, Ethernet, WWAN and WLAN.
In addition to circuit connectivity, s2s delivers a three-tiered managed service known as SELECT.CONNECT.PROTECT. This is a turnkey service including internet service verification, installation and service verification, proactive monitoring and management, invoice consolidation and MACD. Trouble resolution is provided by a 24x7x365 Global Operations Center. Customers have access to the s2s Managed Services portal which provides ticketing and circuit/asset inventory.
