It was 1967 when our father, José Pimenta Marques, left the job he had in a large metal company and decided to venture into a business on his own.
When he created Balanças Marques, our father had the dream of improving the living conditions of our family, creating a sustainable business. With this objective, it ended up launching differentiating products that marked the company's innovative and ambitious DNA.
